restaurants and caterers in Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. Our tradition as mushroom
specialists - providing all varieties from buttons to flats, brown caps to wild, oyster and
shitake - is well known throughout the north.
Since the early 1980's, Dennis Butler's team has started work at 4am, preparing the
freshest daily deliveries for despatch to the tables of the region via the company's
large modern fleet.
